Basingstoke's Escape Rooms - Right in the Heart of Hampshire
We’re based in the Top of Town area of Basingstoke, 37a Winchester Street, in a beautiful Grade II listed building that’s been home to Trapped in Fiction since we opened. Easy to find, with parking at Castons Yard, Albert Yard and Joices Yard just a short walk away, and Basingstoke train station around 15 minutes on foot.
That puts us within easy reach of the whole of Hampshire. Whether you’re coming from Winchester, Fleet, Andover, Hook, Tadley, Farnham or further afield, Basingstoke is a straightforward drive – and we’re right in the centre once you’re here.
Something for Every Occasion
Planning a birthday party? We’ve hosted hundreds – from children’s parties for groups of nine-year-olds to milestone adult birthdays. Looking for a corporate away day that people will actually enjoy? Our rooms work brilliantly for teams, with the option to run both rooms simultaneously for larger groups. Family outing, date night, group of friends who keep saying they’ll do something together – we’ve seen it all, and we’ve built our rooms to work for all of it.
